List of subprocessors

Cirplus and its affiliates engage third-party subprocessores and cirplus affiliates to help us provide services to our customers. A subprocessor is a third-party service provider engaged by cirplus or, in some cases, a cirplus affiliate who received data from cirplus and processes personal data on behalf of our customers.

As a condition of permitting a subprocessor to process personal data, cirplus will enter into a written agreement with each subprocessor containing data protection obligations at least as protective as the technical and organizational measure cirplus has put into place in order to protect customer personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized disclosure or access.

The following is an up-to-date list (as of the date of this List of Sub-processors) of the names, purposes of sub- processing and locations of cirplus’ Sub-processors.\n\nAs our business grows and evolves, so too may our business relationships with third-party subprocessors. We may add, remove, or update our subprocessor information if we determine that the processing activity will improve or enhance our ability to deliver our products and services to you.
